Our key construction staff members each have over 20 years of experience in the building construction market.     Below is a partial listing of some our recent construction management projects:     School District of Hillsborough County   Various Projects   Hillsborough County, Florida   Sessum's Elementary School, Canella Elementary School, and King High School Paving Projects   Completion Date: 2007   Construction Cost: $1,198,400   Kenyon and Partners Inc. provided pre-construction services (saving over $200,000 using overlay) and construction management (CM) services under a continuing services contract for paving at three school campuses.     Summerfield Elementary School Exterior Refurbishment Project   Completion Date: 2006   Construction Cost: $140,000   This was completed as a construction management at risk project. Construction trades provided included pressure washing, water proofing, and painting services.   Westshore Elementary School Renovation/Code Upgrade Project   Completion Date: 2006   Construction Cost: $950,000   We provided construction management at risk services for a major renovation/code upgrade project. The project included new fire rated corridors, ceilings, HVAC, controls system, and lighting and fire alarm systems at the main building.   Bloomingdale High School Roof Replacement   Completion Date: 2009   Construction Cost: $2,855,400   Kenyon & Partners Inc. is the construction manager for this phased re-roofing project (200,000 SF) which includes HVAC and controls upgrades. The new 5,000 SF facility includes weight training areas, cardio classrooms, and locker rooms. After the project was designed over-budget, we devloped value engineering options which saved approximately $200,000.   Belle Terre Elementary School Play Area Enclosure   Completion Date: 2006   Construction Cost: $376,874 This project consisted of enclosing an existing covered play area with manufactured, insulated panels and provide air conditioning. New structural columns were constructed to support the new insulated metal panel walls.   Old Kings Elementary School Concretable Classroom Buildings   Completion Date: 2006   Construction Cost: $840,000 Kenyon & Partners Inc. provided construction management for all site preperation and utilities. Final grading and restoration was also performed by Kenyon & Partners Inc.   Flagler High School Kitchen/Cafeteria Renovation Project   Completion Date: 2005   Construction Cost: $250,000 We provided design and construction management at risk services for this renovation of an existing kitchen serving line within an existing high school.
